ShareDocs Enterpriser is built on a cloud-native, multi-tenant architecture with India data residency. All data — documents, metadata, audit logs, workflow states — is stored in Indian data centres. Encryption is AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit. The platform has no data path outside India. There is no "global region" option that might route data through Singapore or Frankfurt — all storage, all processing, all backup is India-located.
The ISO 27001 certification covers the platform's ISMS — not a regional deployment of a global platform certified elsewhere. The certificate applies to the specific infrastructure and processes that hold your documents. The certification body audits our Indian operations and renews annually.
